Day 10 - we’re on the lake again!

Customs officer arrived by ferry then visited us in afternoon. Paperwork sorted! Late start,3:30pm, cutting diagonal from Likoma Island back to Mozambique mainland - 15km paddle that had us landing at last light.

NEXT MORNING

The stars and milky were phenomenal last night. Awoke to the sound of hippos a couple hundred meters away in a nearby marsh!

May be the last of our cell phone reception for a while as the huge Livingston’s Mountain range looms ahead of us. Good to be back in the move!
